In Eastern Bulgaria, the weather will remain more stable and sunny compared to the western regions. Temperatures will range between 30° and 35°, and the probability of precipitation will be low and mostly local, mainly in the interior.
The wind will be light to moderate, more often from the east and northeast. Sea water along the eastern coast will be around 25°–26°C, and the sea state will remain slight to moderate. For swimming, the assessment is green flag.
Western Bulgaria
In Western Bulgaria, July 29 will be the most unstable part of the country. In the afternoon, cumulonimbus clouds will develop, and in places, there will be short-term rain, thunderstorms, and temporary wind gusts. Temperatures will reach about 34°–38°.
The wind will be light to moderate, but stronger gusts will be felt during the passage of cloud cells. There is no sea water, and caution is needed in open areas and for mountain hikes due to the storms in the afternoon hours.
In the mountains
In the mountain regions, the day will start with more sun, but afternoon conditions for unstable weather will increase. Temperatures will be lower but pleasant for the season - around 24°–26° at 1200 meters and around 17°–19° at 2000 meters.
Short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected, mostly in the western and central massifs. The wind will be light to moderate, with temporary intensifications during storm processes. There is no sea water, and tourists should plan their hikes earlier in the day.
Black Sea coast
Along the Black Sea coast, July 29 will be a sunny and warm day, with temperatures between 28° and 31°. The probability of precipitation will remain low, and conditions will be calmer compared to the country's interior.
