National carrier Bulgaria Air is launching a direct flight route between Sofia and Burgas, effective May 2, 2027. The schedule provides for up to two flights per day during specific periods, which aims to achieve greater comfort and optimize transport connections through the capital's airport, Burgas Airport explained.

"After Burgas was chosen to host 'Eurovision 2027', we have been working actively to provide even more travel opportunities for all guests of the event. We are ready for the biggest music event in Europe and for every story of yours that passes through us," the airport administration stated. Those wishing to travel on this route can now purchase their tickets.
