The key challenges for law enforcement authorities in Europe, including cybersecurity, migrant trafficking, the spread of synthetic drugs, and online fraud, were discussed at the conference. The Bulgarian delegation included senior officials from the Directorate of International Operational Cooperation - Senior Commissioner Damyan Lechev, Commissioner Biser Vuchkov, Chief Inspector Stanyo Kyurchkiev, and Inspector Georgi Atanasov.

During the forum, a vote was held for new members of the INTERPOL European Committee. Among the candidates from Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, and Bulgaria, the Bulgarian representative, Commissioner Biser Vuchkov, head of the "INTERPOL and Missions of International Organizations" department at the Directorate of International Operational Cooperation, was elected as one of the four new members of the committee.
