A professional meeting on contemporary approaches in educational leadership will be held on April 17th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Peyo Yavorov Regional Library. The meeting with Dr. Lachezar Afrikanov is aimed at representatives of school administrations and is in partnership with the Regional Department of Education Burgas, Burgas Municipality, and NBU. 

The event focuses on the topic of the development of educational leaders who can develop, motivate, and support their pedagogical teams. The meeting is a space for a professional conversation on management issues related to the development and interaction of people in the educational institution. 

The coaching approach will be presented as a scientifically substantiated approach in educational leadership. The emphasis will be placed on how a school leader can set goals, delegate, manage change, and support the professional growth of pedagogical specialists. 

During the meeting, there will be a discussion on specific practical issues related to the development and motivation of pedagogical teams, as well as an exchange of ideas for support and professional development of school leaders. 

The guest lecturer, Dr. Lachezar Afrikanov, is a chief assistant at the New Bulgarian University, where he teaches in the field of educational leadership and related fields. He is also the author of the book "Coaching of Pedagogical Teams. A New Approach in Educational Leadership".
