On the eve of one of the brightest Christian holidays, Dimitrovden, the lively seaside city of Burgas will turn into a stage for a true culinary feast. Residents and guests of the city will have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of traditional Bulgarian flavors at the "Bulgarshtina" bread festival.

The event, which promises to be a true feast for the senses, will open its doors on October 25th, at exactly 10:00 AM, in the heart of the courtyard of the Professional High School of Tourism "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov".

Expectations are high, and the planned variety of culinary delights promises to exceed all expectations. Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy an endless variety of pastries – loaves of bread, banitsa (cheese pastries), kifli (crescent rolls), kurabiyki (shortbread cookies) and many other sweet and savory treats. All these culinary masterpieces are the work of the talented students of the Burgas school and their teachers. The atmosphere around will be saturated with the aroma of freshly baked bread and delicious pastries.

The main organizer of this unforgettable holiday is the "Evgeny Mosinov" Foundation. Each of these culinary creations is created according to original recipes, developed by the teachers of the high school and carefully preserved over the years. These baked goods have impressed many culinary specialists around the world, which has led to dozens of awards for the Burgas school from prestigious culinary competitions. For the first time, these culinary masterpieces will be shown to the Burgas public, giving all festival visitors the opportunity to taste them.

The event will be honored with the special presence of the winner of the National Decoration Award, Tihomira Koleva, known in culinary circles as "Miss Kukis". She will present her unique designer cakes and pastries, which have earned her the nickname "Miss Kukis", a symbol of sweet temptations and irresistible flavors, prepared by her masterful hands. Mrs. Koleva has prepared special sweet and savory treats as a gift for all festival visitors.

The festival will also offer delicacies made from dough, presented by the different communities in Burgas. They promise to surprise those present with traditional master pastries from different regions.

An Art Workshop is planned for the youngest visitors, where children can knead dough, decorate cookies and embark on a culinary adventure together with the students from PHT "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" and "Miss Kukis" herself. The organizers have also planned a rich folklore program that will complement the festive atmosphere among the festival guests.

The event will be even more special for all those named Dimitar and celebrating their name day – gifts and surprises are planned for them.
