The little-known natural landmark Dokuzak rises near the village of Brodilovo, in the immediate vicinity of Tsarevo. The toponym of the waterfall derives from the Turkish word "dokuz", which means "nine", and directly corresponds to the number of springs forming this impressive water phenomenon.

Despite its modest height of one and a half meters, the waterfall impresses with its exceptional width and constant water flow. Located amidst dense vegetation, it creates a true oasis of coolness among the rocky terraced formations of the Strandzha Mountain.

The accessibility of the site is among its main advantages. The well-maintained dirt road allows easy movement, and parking opportunities are more than sufficient. The terrain proves to be extremely suitable for both a short rest and picnic, as well as amateur photography and nature observation.

The eco-tourism potential of the area is continuously growing. Nature lovers increasingly include Dokuzak in their routes, especially during the warm months of the year. The rich biodiversity and tranquility of the place make it an attractive destination for family and individual visits.

The local municipal administration in Tsarevo shows active interest in promoting this natural site. By maintaining tourist infrastructure and placing information signs, they are purposefully working to attract attention to this area.

One of the strongest aspects of the waterfall is its relative untouched nature by mass tourism. This characteristic gives it additional value, turning it into a place for true discovery and touching the wild nature of Bulgaria.

In the immediate vicinity, there are also several other natural and cultural landmarks, which makes the area extremely attractive for one-day and weekend trips. Dokuzak definitely deserves the attention of all those seeking authentic and little-known corners of Bulgarian nature.
