Around May 24, the Ministry of Tourism, together with the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC), the Executive Agency "Automobile Administration" and the Economic Police - Yambol, conducted inspections at the border checkpoints "Lesovo - Hamzabeyli" and "Captain Andreevo - Kapakule". The aim was to identify any unfair practices in organized tourist trips and to control compliance with regulatory requirements.
At the BCP "Lesovo - Hamzabeyli", three motor vehicles carrying out organized trips to Turkey and three tour operators were inspected. The CPC staff drew up two records, requiring the tour operators to submit additional documents. The Executive Agency "Automobile Administration" found one violation - lack of a driver's qualification card, for which an act of administrative violation was drawn up.
At the BCP "Captain Andreevo - Kapakule", eight buses traveling to Turkey were inspected. In four cases, the Executive Agency "Automobile Administration" found violations by the carriers, for which four acts of administrative violation were drawn up.
