The geometry of the complex is resolved through a series of volumetric modules of varying heights that resemble flower pavilions, naturally integrated into the green environment of the Sea Garden.

The main building includes "five main exhibition halls" (modules), united in a central reception and distribution area, an additional building for exhibitions, an inner courtyard with retail stalls, and open exhibition areas. The architectural concept incorporates large glazing, plenty of natural light, and a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, which creates a feeling of a "garden under a roof".

The project for the construction of the "Flora Expo Center" was realized with a total budget of "3,473,000 BGN", financed through a combination of municipal funds and European programs for the development of tourism and cultural infrastructure. Within the framework of the project, an entirely new functional building was constructed, supporting equipment was purchased, and the adjacent green areas were improved.

Since its commissioning in 2015 to date, the "Flora Expo Center" has hosted over "300 events" and is cited as an attraction for more than "15,000 people annually". These numbers highlight its importance not only as an architectural highlight but also as a functioning infrastructure for events of regional and national scale.
