The Information Center in Bolgrad has launched an innovative tourism initiative aimed at presenting the multi-layered cultural heritage of Bessarabia through specially developed routes. The organizers invite potential visitors to discover the region with its rich historical and culinary traditions.

The proposed program includes a comprehensive spectrum of experiences – from historical walks to gastronomic tastings. Experts from the center have prepared individual excursions covering various interesting locations: landmarks, ethnographic sites, wellness complexes, and authentic natural spaces.

A special highlight of the tourism offering is the underground tasting spaces that can accommodate groups of up to fifteen people. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover local delicacies – cheeses from "Shchedra Region", Bessarabian wines from Vinopion, and high-quality bee honey.

According to the center's representatives, the tour is perfect for various occasions – family celebrations, professional meetings, or introducing guests to the region's authentic gastronomic heritage. The duration of the tasting program varies between one and a half to two hours.

Bolgrad, which has been an administrative center of the district since July 2020, unites ten municipalities with over 60% Bulgarian population. This tourism initiative aims not only to attract visitors but also to preserve the cultural memory of the Bulgarian community in Bessarabia.
