Man Arrested in Nessebar Following Incident Involving Damaged Property

Nesebar, Bulgaria - A 30-year-old man, known to the police, has been detained by the authorities following an incident involving property damage, police reported.

On November 17th, around 7:30 PM local time, the Nesebar Regional Police Department received a report of an incident in a residential apartment located on "Struma" Street in Nesebar. According to the information provided to the authorities, the man had broken items of household furniture, using a hammer.

Upon arriving at the scene, the police identified the man in question, who turned out to be a 30-year-old resident of Nesebar, with previous encounters with the law. During the subsequent search of the scene, law enforcement officers also discovered and seized a dry herbal substance, suspected to be marijuana. The weight of the substance found was approximately 500 grams.

The man has been detained by the police for a period of up to 24 hours. A pre-trial investigation has been initiated against him, which will clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident and determine its legal consequences. The authorities are continuing their work on the case, and it is expected that additional evidence and information will be gathered. The streets of Nesebar are calm, but there is tension in the area of the incident.
