A 37-year-old driver who had used cannabis, amphetamine and methamphetamine was detained in the Slaveykov neighbourhood. He will be held for up to 24 hours.

Police stopped him for a check while he was driving a Daihatsu Sirion. He refused to give a sample for chemical testing.

Fast-track proceedings have begun.
