Between 00:00 on February 12th and 09:00 on February 12th, the Bulgarian application of the Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) phase 4.2 will be implemented.
The Customs Agency announces that technical difficulties may arise during this period when submitting an electronic administrative document (e-AD).
The implementation will be simultaneous in all EU member states using the Excise Movement and Control System. As the procedure will follow the usual protocol, an emergency procedure for movement with paper documents will not be declared.
EMCS phase 4.2 does not introduce new functionalities but necessitates changes in the validation of electronic messages between economic operators and the administrations of the member states.

абе хора, спокойно! разбирам притеснението, че винаги нещо ново се случва точно когато най-мн ни трябва да е гладко, ама хайде да видим как ще мине. emcs фаза 4.2 си е част от общата европейска политика за проследяване на стоките - не е само за нас. това е добре, защото показва, че сме в крак с европейските изисквания и се стремим към по-голяма прозрачност и контрол.
Сериозно ли? Още "общоевропейски" процедури, които ни създават 💩
Пич, тва с EMCS-а... наистина ли всеки път трябва да има нерви? 🙄 Разбирам, че е за доброто на всички, общоевропейско било и бла, бла... ама кво да праим, като винаги нещо се прецаква. Дано поне тази фаза мине без ядове. Ама май няма как... 🤦♂️ Сега ще трябва да се учим пак нещо ново. Ех, ама
Хм... викам си аз сега. Тая EMCS-а... май няма край с тия промени. Разбирам, че е хубаво да сме в крак с Европа, де, нормално е. И за контрола добре, ама все едно на някого му се кефи да ни мъчат 🇧🇬
