Winter parking rules in Pomorie start on 1 October and run until 15 May, the municipality says. Drivers only pay for short-term parking on weekdays between 8.30am and 5pm. After 5pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, parking is free by law. The rules come from the municipality's Ordinance No. 23 on paid and free parking in Pomorie.

Throughout October, from the 1st to the 31st, residents of the Sveti Georgi neighbourhood can apply for cut-price parking outside the short-term paid zone. They need to fill in Form No. 5 and hand it to the director of the municipal enterprise "Management of Municipal Property".

From 1 October to 30 June, any Pomorie resident can also buy a parking subscription for car parks around town. They need to fill in Form No. 7, and can apply for up to two cars, with a separate form for each one. The subscription doesn't cover the car park at the hospital (MBAL) or the one at the fishing port.

A separate "staff subscription" scheme runs under Decision No. 779 of 4 March 2026. People can submit Form No. 3, along with the required papers, to the director of the municipal enterprise at any time of year.
