The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) reveals details about a dramatic incident that took the lives of a 45-year-old woman and her two teenage children in the small settlement of Magherabreeze. The tragedy, which shook the local community, unfolded on Wednesday morning in a typical rural household.

The victims have been identified as Vanessa White, her 13-year-old daughter Sarah Rudledge, and her 14-year-old son James Rudledge. According to initial information from law enforcement, they were shot in their own home, with the investigation treating the case as an attempted triple murder and potential suicide attempt.

Vanessa White's professional biography reveals a successful career as a veterinarian. Before her last public service in the Ministry of Agriculture, she worked for eight years in a veterinary clinic in Fermanagh County. Her colleagues describe her as an extremely enthusiastic and dedicated professional.

The children - Sarah and James, were students at Enniskillen Royal High School and active athletes. Both were members of local Gaelic football and cricket teams, which highlights their commitment to community life.

The police investigation is still in an initial stage. The authorities have issued a special appeal to the public, seeking information about the movement of a silver Mercedes between Magherabreeze and Newtownbutler on the day before the incident.
