Tragedy in Burgas: Investigation into the Sudden Death of a Baby after Vaccination

A shocking tragedy shook the medical community in Burgas after an 11-month-old baby died dramatically hours after receiving a routine vaccination. Local health authorities immediately launched a large-scale investigation of the incident, which caused serious public tension.
