Sofia police detained two drug dealers with over 600 grams of cocaine and heroin.

On May 23, narcotics investigators detained a dealer and two clients in the capital's "Mladost" district immediately after a drug sale. Over 400 grams of cocaine were found during the search. The three were detained for 24 hours.

On May 27, officers from the sector monitored an address in the "Manastirski livadi" district and detained a man hiding a packet under his clothes. Subsequent searches of his home resulted in the seizure of about 200 grams of heroin and cocaine, cash, an electronic scale, and other items. The 45-year-old man was detained for 72 hours.

Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in both cases under Article 354 of the Criminal Code. The detainees are 35 and 45 years old and have been remanded in custody.
