Sixty-two people were hurt when a Russian strike hit a medical facility in Kharkiv's Nemyshlianskyi district overnight on 3 November, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration.
"An enemy strike was recorded in the Nemyshlianskyi district, on the link between the buildings of one of the medical facilities," Syniehubov wrote in an official statement.
The strike damaged the building of one of the hospital's wards. Syniehubov later said 226 patients were being moved to other hospitals.
Windows were smashed in four multi-storey apartment blocks nearby, and ten cars were damaged.
Russia has been waging a full-scale war on Ukraine since February 2022.
