The perpetrator of the theft in "Meden Rudnik" has a criminal record
Officers from the Fourth District Police Department in Burgas have successfully identified the perpetrator of a brazen theft from the "Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker" temple in the largest Burgas complex, "Meden Rudnik".
The theft of the donation box was committed on February 9, and the case caused a widespread public outcry.
Investigation and apprehension
Following swift operational-investigative measures, the police established the identity of the perpetrator. He is a 38-year-old man from Burgas, who has a criminal record and has been convicted multiple times.
- Confessions: The man has made full confessions for the committed act to the investigating authorities.
- Restitution: The stolen sum of money has been fully recovered.
