The "Resto del Verono" restaurant on Kavatsite beach near Sozopol is on fire. The Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas reported the blaze.

The fire initially broke out in the establishment's kitchen area, after which the flames engulfed the entire building. Thick smoke is rising above the area and is visible from a great distance, according to the police.

Two fire trucks with six firefighters are currently on the scene. Efforts to extinguish the fire are ongoing.
