A 44-year-old Polish tourist drowned in the sea near Sunny Beach. The incident occurred yesterday at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the area of the lifeguarded beach in front of one of the hotel complexes.

The report regarding the tragic incident was filed at the Nessebar Regional Police Department. According to police information, the man was vacationing in the resort complex.

The tourist's body has been transported to the Department of Forensic Medicine at UMBAL – Burgas for an autopsy. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated to clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident.
