The police discovered an arsenal of weapons, ammunition, and drugs during a search of a private home in Pomorie.
The action was carried out yesterday early in the morning on Oborishte Street, where a 48-year-old man with a criminal record was detained.
Around 2 grams of methamphetamine were found in the dwelling, hidden in an electronic device box, as well as a glass pipe and tinfoil. In addition to the narcotic substances, law enforcement officers found an air rifle, two gas pistols, a homemade weapon, and numerous unregistered ammunition for short-barreled and long-barreled weapons.
It was established that the man does not possess the necessary permits for the storage and use of weapons and ammunition. He was detained for up to 24 hours. A fast-track proceeding has been initiated in the case, and the investigation is ongoing.
