A 21-year-old man is in custody after police found the body of a missing man of the same age in the Harmanliyska river on Thursday, 15 October, the Interior Ministry press office said.
The victim had been tied up. A forensic doctor found he was strangled before he went into the water.
The missing man, 21, was from the village of Chernogorovo and lived in the villa area of Harmanli. He was reported missing on 13 October. His body was found after a search of the area.
