The body of the 7-year-old boy, who had been missing since Tuesday evening, has been discovered. The child, who is from Svishtov, disappeared after being swept away by a strong sea current near the third lifeguard station at Harmanite beach in Sozopol.

The tragic incident occurred while the 52-year-old father had entered the water with two of his three children during the non-guarded hours. While the parent was attending to one child, the other was swept away by the turbulent waters. Two lifeguards, who rushed to help during their off-duty time, managed to pull the father out, but the little boy disappeared into the sea.
