Police officers in Primorsko and the technical department of the Primorsko Municipality have determined that no mapped dunes were found within the boundaries of the property located in the Arkutino area. The inspection was conducted by consulting the specialized dune map for the municipality's territory.

A detailed review and analysis of the approved construction and design documentation is forthcoming. Should any discrepancies be found between the actual activities on-site and the contents of the construction permits, actions will be taken in accordance with the Territory Management Act.
