Construction of a new primary school has begun in the rapidly developing Kraymoriye neighborhood in Burgas. The school will be a branch of the OY "Alexander Georgiev - Kodzhakafaliyata" and will teach students from grades 1 to 7. The building will be extremely modern and with a number of contemporary facilities, and the construction has taken into account the proximity of the sea and strong winds.

The construction of the new school in the "Kraymoriye" district in Burgas is underway. The educational institution will be a branch of the Primary School "Aleksandar Georgiev - Kodjokafaliata" and it will educate students from grades 1 to 7. The capacity of the school is for about 208 children, distributed in 8 classes.

The building will be extremely modern, with the construction taking into account the proximity of the sea and the strong winds that blow during the winter. The high parts will be located to the north and northeast to act as a shield from the winds. The inner courtyard will be partially "submerged" to form a wind-protected space where children can spend time outdoors even during the cold winter months.

The terrain itself will be shaped in terraces, with different zones - a basketball court, an outdoor classroom, a playground, an outdoor fitness area, a running track, and an experimental field with a greenhouse. The first-grade class will be on the first ground floor, surrounded by the health office, the office for children with special educational needs, the office, and the caretaker, for greater security and control.

The classrooms for second, third, and fourth grades will be on the second floor, where the principal's office and the teachers' room will also be located. Access to this floor will be controlled by an electronic system. Students from the lower secondary stage will be taught on the third floor, where there will also be specialized rooms - for natural sciences, home economics and technology, as well as a STEM computer lab. Access to this floor will also be controlled.

The school will have equal levels on each floor for maximum convenience in terms of the accessible environment. From the central entrance, one will reach the central foyer, which is the main distribution center in the building, with access to the canteen, the gym, and the pool.

The construction and installation works must be completed by the end of 2025, and the first students will cross the threshold of the newest school in Burgas on 15.09.2026.
