Illegal Concrete at Butamyata Beach Being Removed

Following numerous reports and inspections, the dismantling of the illegal concrete foundation on Butamyata beach near Sinemorets has begun. Initially, the metal structure will be removed, followed by the demolition of the concrete slab. The concessionaire, who was penalized for the violations, has voluntarily begun removing the foundation, with the municipality overseeing the process.

As a reminder, the construction was noticed back in March, and a subsequent inspection by RIEW-Burgas found serious violations. It turned out that the foundation was intended for a restroom. RDNCK-Burgas sent its findings to the municipality of Tsarevo, which did not dispute them, confirming the illegal nature of the construction.
