The week in our region passed in a rhythm of transition – from clearing out the old to planning the new. Some changes are visible to the naked eye, such as the excavation of asphalt, while others are more quiet, institutional steps that, however, will determine the quality of life for the coming years.

When we talk about the future, the most important investments are not in concrete, but in people. In Burgas, a serious step is being prepared in the field of pediatrics. The Municipal Council is due to consider a proposal for the creation of a new diagnostic center for the «Sveta Anastasia» children's hospital. The initiative of Dr. Blagomir Zdravkov comes as a logical response to the workload – over 850 children have passed through for preventive examinations alone, and another 800 are waiting for their turn.
