In the late afternoon of May 25 this year, police officers from the Obzor Police Station at the Nesebar Regional Police Department stopped for inspection a "Suzuki 50" moped with a Lovech registration, driven by a 35-year-old man from the village of Dyulino, Byala Municipality. It was found that the driver was driving under the influence of alcohol with a concentration of 2.15 per mille. Nevertheless, he refused to provide a blood sample for chemical analysis. The man was detained for a period of up to 24 hours, and a fast-track proceeding has been initiated in the case.

On May 25, employees of the Regional Police Department - Nessebar stopped for inspection a moped in Obzor, driven by a 35-year-old man without a license, who turned out to have an alcohol concentration of 2.15 per mille. The driver refused to give a blood sample for analysis and was detained for 24 hours, with a fast-track case being initiated.
