Incident in Sozopol: Security guards beat up customers

A serious incident shook Sozopol in the early hours of Saturday. Six young men aged between 19 and 26 were injured following a mass brawl in front of a nightclub in the city.

The report of the violence was filed around 4:15 a.m. at the District Police Department.

According to the testimony of the victims, they were attacked and struck by employees of the company responsible for the security of the establishment.

Police measures and detainees

  • Three men have been detained for a period of up to 24 hours.
  • The arrested individuals are 23, 32, and 25 years old, from the cities of Dimitrovgrad, Sofia, and the village of Uzundzhovo.
  • A fast-track proceeding has been initiated to clarify the circumstances surrounding the brawl.

Work on the case continues under the supervision of law enforcement authorities.
