Residents of Aytos municipality can see how the voting machine works and try it out in a mock vote from today until 16 October, the municipality said. Demonstrations are in the town and four villages, ahead of the presidential election on 25 October.

In Aytos, the machine is in the lobby of the town hall at 3 Tsar Osvoboditel Street. Mock voting runs on 14 and 16 October, from 8.30am to 5pm.

On 15 October, the machine visits the village mayoralties. It will be in Maglen from 9am to 10.30am, in Karageorgievo from 11am to 12.30pm, in Topolitsa from 1pm to 2.30pm and in Pirne from 3pm to 4.30pm.

A demo version next to the machine shows anyone how to vote. The municipality said the aim is to let people practise so they feel more confident when they vote in the election.
