A secret ceremony took place in Burgas as part of the initiative «Love and Us» — a youth competition dedicated to love, emotions, and literary creativity.

Who participated?

  • University students: Burgas University, Sofia University, National Academy of Arts, Theatre College, and others.
  • Students from grades 9–12 from Dryanovo and Targovishte.
  • Creative young people from all over the Burgas region.

Winners and prize recipients

  • Aneliya Ivanova (Burgas University) — first place in the «Poetry» category for the poem «Defying Fate».
  • Diana Kolueva — first place in «Prose» for the work «Commas with Which You Love».
  • Radoshin Georgiev — honorable mention for the work «Unutilized Love».
  • Students Boris Aladjov and Theodora Ivanova — first and second places in the youth category.

Ceremony and recital

Awards were presented by Prof. Dr. Maria Alexieva, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zornitsa Ganeva, and Ms. Kichka Stefanova. Atanasia Petrova served as the host. The works were showcased in the form of a poetic recital featuring students from the National Academy of Arts.

Significance of the contest

The initiative was organized by the Center for Personal Development Support (Burgas) with support from the Burgas Union and the city’s higher education institutions. This is not just a competition — it is a space for expressing emotions, developing creative talents, and bringing youth closer together.
