Campaigning for Sunday's presidential run-off ends today. Canvassing is banned from midnight on 31 October until voting ends on Sunday.

On Wednesday, the Central Election Commission drew lots to decide whether Yotova or Gyurov will speak first in the addresses to voters. Both candidates will speak tonight on BNT 1, right after the "Around the World and at Home" news bulletin, and at the same time on BNT 2 and BNT 4, as the Electoral Code requires.

Local polling station commissions get the voting machines, ballot papers and other materials tomorrow. Machines will be used in 9,373 polling stations, and more than 2,200 of them will have two.

Polling stations will be open from 7am to 8pm. If people are still queuing, voting can go on until 9pm.
