Burgas Industrial Park: Eight new investors for Phase 2

New investment opportunities in Burgas

The Industrial Park in Burgas is making significant progress. Eight investors have already made their advance payments for plots in Phase 2, announced Mayor Dimitar Nikolov at the official opening of the new infrastructure.

"In nine months, the two construction companies that carried out the project completed the work," commented Mayor Nikolov.

Large-scale infrastructure for business

The project, financed with over 20 million euros through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, includes:

• Modern road network with access to every plot
• Water and sewage infrastructure (drinking and industrial water)
• Rainwater and domestic sewage
• Power and low-voltage networks
• Video surveillance and bicycle paths

Currently, there are 20 plots remaining available in the zone, and one of the already attracted companies has started construction and installation activities. The success of the project is impressive, considering the fact that three years ago the area was a marshland.
