New Horizons for Business in Burgas
The second phase of the construction of the "Industrial and Logistics Park – Burgas" is now nearing completion. The "South-West" industrial zone features fully completed access and internal infrastructure, ready to accommodate large-scale business projects.
"These terrains were marshy areas that we have transformed into attractive plots with modern infrastructure," shared Mayor Dimitar Nikolov.
Key features of the zone:
- Scale: Total area of 600 decares with plots ranging from 11 to 75 decares.
- Infrastructure: Over 5.3 km of street network for heavy traffic, 3.6 km of bicycle lanes, and full communication facilities (gas, internet, wastewater treatment plant).
- Location: Strategic proximity to the shipyards and the road connection to the "Meden Rudnik" residential complex.
Investor interest
Currently, 8 companies have already committed to plots, with one of them having begun construction on its production facilities. The new zone is aimed at eco-friendly enterprises, complementing the capacity of the Northern Industrial Zone.
