The EU faces no oil or fuel supply disruptions, even though diesel and jet fuel prices have risen, the European Commission said today after a meeting of the EU's oil coordination group, where member states share data on fuel supplies.

EU refineries are running at almost full capacity to pump out more fuel and are responding well to market signals, the Commission said.

Higher diesel and jet fuel prices are down to tighter global supply caused by the conflict in the Middle East, the Commission said.
