Daring theft of a luxury watch in Cannes
During the glamorous Cannes Film Festival, the city became the scene of a serious criminal incident. A luxury watch from the prestigious Swiss brand Richard Mille, valued at between 700,000 and 1 million euros, was stolen from the Palm Beach hotel.
The theft was carried out by creating an artificial crowd near the restrooms of the hotel, located on the Croisette seaside boulevard.

According to police sources, the incident is not an isolated case. During the film festival, Cannes becomes a target for:

- Organized pickpockets targeting wealthy tourists
