Meeting the Real Heroes: Children visited the Border Police Ship Base
The summer camp for children of deceased and injured Ministry of Interior employees continues with exciting meetings. This week, the little ones had the opportunity to visit the Border Police Ship Base (BPSB) in Sozopol.
The initiative is part of the SFSMVR program, which for 17 years has been supporting the children of our colleagues who gave their lives in the name of public safety.
How did the visit go?
- Getting to know the equipment: The children examined the equipment used by border police officers to guard the maritime border.
- Professional orientation: The participants learned more about the daily life of the maritime guards.
- Tradition: The visit is part of the summer camp in Primorsko, which is being held for the sixth consecutive year.
Stamen Neychev, a representative of SFSMVR, emphasized that despite the difficulties, the federation's team manages to realize this important initiative thanks to the support of the "Border Police" and hundreds of donors.

Абе, хора, ама т'ва с благотворителните инициативи на СФСМВР ми се струва малко... не знам как да го кажа. Разбирам, че е хубаво децата да виждат какво правят батковците им и да ги уважават - абсолютно! И уважение към граничарите, разбирасе, те си вършат работата на първа линия, пазим границата от всякакви "изненади" (ама не само откъм цигари, ами и от други...).
