Tragic toll: 29 accidents in 24 hours

Over the past 24 hours, 29 serious road traffic accidents have been registered across the country. As a result of the incidents, two people have died and 32 have sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity, the Ministry of Interior's press center reported.

In the capital, the intensity of traffic has led to serious consequences. Over the past 24 hours, four serious and 34 minor road accidents have occurred. There are four injured, one of whom is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.

Increase in victims compared to 2023

Since the beginning of the year, 252 people have died in road accidents in the country. A comparative analysis shows that there are 27 more victims compared to the same period of the previous year, which highlights the need for increased caution on the road.
