A resident of Burgas was detained during a police operation for the distribution of marijuana and "drugged tea".

As a result of a specialized police operation conducted by officers from the Criminal Police Department at the Burgas Regional Police Directorate, a 25-year-old resident of Burgas, residing at two addresses in the city - an apartment in block 61 of the "Meden Rudnik" complex and a residence on "Zahari Stoyanov" Boulevard, has been detained. During the search of the first address, a green leaf mass, likely marijuana, a green herbal mass used for the production of the so-called "drugged tea", and seeds from a hemp plant were found and seized. In the residence on "Zahari Stoyanov" Boulevard, a dry green grass mass, likely marijuana, and a hemp plant inflorescence were found. The exact quantity of the discovered narcotic substances is still being clarified. The detained Burgas resident will be detained for a period of up to 24 hours, and interviews with witnesses - clients, will be conducted in order to document his alleged criminal activity in the distribution of marijuana and "drugged tea".
