Boliarovo municipality is hiring a manager for its family-type residential care homes in the village of Mamarchevo. Applications are open until 5pm on 16 November 2026.

The homes care for adults with dementia and adults with physical disabilities. The manager will run all the work of the homes, check on staff, sign contracts and represent the homes before other institutions.

Candidates need a university degree in social work or psychology. A secondary education in economics is also accepted. They must also have 3 years of experience in social care, a clean criminal record, computer skills, communication skills and knowledge of the rules and laws that apply.

Applicants must send an application form, a CV, a motivation letter and copies of their education and work-experience documents. These can be handed in at the Administrative Service Centre in the municipality building or sent by courier.

After the deadline, the documents will be checked. Candidates will then be interviewed by an appointed panel.
