A 61-year-old woman suffered a fractured skull following a road accident in Burgas, the Ministry of Interior reported. The incident occurred yesterday around 6:00 p.m. in the area of block 9 in the "Slaveykov" residential complex.

According to police information, a 42-year-old female driver from Burgas failed to follow traffic rules. While making a left turn, she failed to yield to the pedestrian and struck her.

As a result of the collision, the woman sustained a serious head injury. At the moment, the victim's life is not in danger, and she is continuing her treatment at UMBAL - Burgas.
