A fast-track criminal proceeding has been initiated against a 37-year-old man from Burgas after police discovered drugs in his wallet and determined that he was driving a Volkswagen Touran under the influence of illicit substances. The driver is currently being held in custody, and his vehicle has been impounded by law enforcement.

The incident occurred yesterday when, at approximately 09:30 AM, a team from the Second District Police Department in Burgas stopped the car for an inspection near Motopfohe. Upon testing the driver, the equipment returned positive results for the use of methamphetamine, amphetamine, and cannabis.

During a subsequent personal search, a small wrap containing a white crystalline substance was found on the man. According to official information provided by the Burgas Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior, the substance found is methamphetamine, weighing approximately 0.5 grams, which has been seized as evidence.
