The Ministry of Interior reported 15 severe accidents with 18 injured in the country over the last 24 hours, including two people injured in Sofia.
18 people were injured in 15 serious road accidents across Bulgaria in a single day, the Interior Ministry reported.
In Sofia, 28 accidents occurred over the same period — two of them serious, while the other 26 were minor, injuring two people.
The ministry also released figures for the beginning of the month: 26 people have died and 617 have been injured. Since January 1, 339 people have died on the country's roads, with 6,194 injured.
