Nesebar will ceremoniously celebrate World Heritage Cities Solidarity Day, inviting its residents and guests to a free panoramic tour. On September 8, the event will give participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich history and culture of the Old Town along the so-called Spiritual Path, which passes through key historical and architectural landmarks.

The initiative, held under the auspices of the Municipality of Nesebar, is organized by the local Archaeological Museum. The tour is scheduled to start at 11 a.m., with the meeting point for all interested participants being in front of the museum building. The tour will be led by a professional guide who will reveal the secrets and significance of the sites along the route. This year, the initiative is dedicated to the global efforts to preserve cultural heritage and strengthen ties between cities that share the World Heritage status.

The International Solidarity Day of Cultural Monument Cities has been celebrated since 1995. It was established at the initiative of the Organization of World Heritage Cities, with the aim of emphasizing the importance of cooperation and sharing experience among these unique cultural centers. Nesebar, with its millennia-old past and preserved architectural heritage, is not only a member of this prestigious organization but also one of its founders. This underscores the key role of the Bulgarian city in the global efforts to preserve and promote world cultural heritage.
