This is the third "Chernomorets Laughs", a workshop where artists draw cartoons live. Sozopol municipality, the Chernomorets mayoralty and the Imeon Balkani foundation organise it, and the Ministry of Culture provides the funding.
Today's programme starts at 2pm in the same chitalishte, where the artists show how humorous drawings are made.
On Friday, 6 November, from 11am to 6pm, the cartoonists will be at the Otets Paisiy 1896 chitalishte in Sozopol. They will meet the public, draw caricatures based on local colour and talk about the role of art.
On Saturday, 7 November, they will show the works drawn during the festival in Chernomorets.
