A charity concert in Nessebar on Sunday, 15 November, will raise money for the treatment of senior inspector Stanimir Bogdanov, who has cancer, the organisers said. Nessebar municipality is helping to stage it.

Bogdanov needs €224,000 for treatment in Turkey, a sum his family cannot afford.

He is a father of two. Since December 2024 he has been fighting a rare and aggressive form of colon cancer, now at stage IV.

The concert starts at 3pm on the Artium stage, and all performers are taking part for free. El Greco, Dejavu, Ivan Pritargov, Krisi Guguchkova, Mariyana Dobreva, Samuel Manuelyan, Georgi Rusev, Atanas Milarov Disho and Krisi, Ivan Gogov and Iliyan Genkov will appear. The Strandzha folk ensemble, DJ REX and Sound Toni Family will also perform. The organisers say the programme is rich and varied.

"Together we can do good and lend Stanimir a hand at this important moment for him!" the organisers urged.
