Over 100 unique designer eggs will be presented in Burgas as part of the “Arteggo” exhibition by Burgas artist Denitsa Blagoeva. The exhibition will open on April 21st at 6:00 PM in the “Morsko Kazino” Cultural Center, “Hristo Fotev” hall, and can be viewed until the end of the month with free admission.

The exhibition is the result of more than a year of work and is organized in several thematic areas. In the “Historical Figures” section, visitors will see miniature artistic interpretations of iconic figures such as Vasil Levski, Hristo Botev, and Ivan Vazov. Female energy and inspiration are the focus of another part of the exhibition, where the images of Marilyn Monroe, Princess Diana, and Frida Kahlo come to life. A special place is devoted to Burgas and its spirit through artistic interpretations of personalities such as Petya Dubarova, Hristo Fotev, and Apostol Karamitev. The exhibition also features popular animated characters, as well as a series of eggs with messages inspired by personalities like Todor Kolev, Stoyanka Mutafova, Georgi Parcalev, and Michael Jackson. The “Arteggo” project impresses not only with the variety of themes but also with the materials used – from watercolor paints and feathers to natural stones, pearls, and Swarovski crystals. Each egg carries its own character and message, transforming the traditional form into a contemporary work of art. For the author, this art is deeply personal – her inspiration began in her school years, and a large part of the works were created in the quiet night hours, when art comes out "above the shell".
