Ukrainian children in Burgas receive certificates for Bulgarian language
Thirty Ukrainian children, accommodated in Burgas, successfully completed Bulgarian language courses at levels A1 and A2. The State Agency for Refugees with the Council of Ministers (SAR with the CoM) successfully implemented a two-year project, funded under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), to ensure appropriate conditions for the reception and accommodation of third-country nationals in Bulgaria. It has been established that the welded seams of the products have defects, leading to a risk of cracks and injuries. However, the risk is assessed as low, as the products have a long lifespan and consumers can replace them free of charge until the end of 2032.

Medical personnel and an accomplice detained for illegal distribution of methadone in Plovdiv.
Two doctors and their accomplice were arrested for illegal distribution of the high-risk substance methadone in Plovdiv. Police officers found a quantity of methadone in a psychiatric office managed by a 54-year-old female doctor, without the necessary permit. The third detainee is a 50-year-old man who received 280 grams of methadone from the two doctors, even though he was not a patient of the program.
