The State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision (DAMTN) received a notification from France regarding problematic pressure oil separators with the brand BWB-Behalter-WERK. It has been established that the welded seams of the products have defects, leading to a risk of cracks and injuries. However, the risk is assessed as low, as the products have a long lifespan and consumers can replace them free of charge until the end of 2032.

The institution warns that it does not send personal information or requests for confirmation by e-mail, and calls on people to be vigilant and report when receiving such messages.

Medical personnel and an accomplice detained for illegal distribution of methadone in Plovdiv.
Two doctors and their accomplice were arrested for illegal distribution of the high-risk substance methadone in Plovdiv. Police officers found a quantity of methadone in a psychiatric office managed by a 54-year-old female doctor, without the necessary permit. The third detainee is a 50-year-old man who received 280 grams of methadone from the two doctors, even though he was not a patient of the program.

Night cleaning of Vitinya tunnel and repair of Hemus motorway in the direction of Sofia
The movement on the Hemus Motorway (AM "Hemus") in the direction of Varna and Sofia will be restricted on June 6 for the purpose of carrying out repair activities. The director of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas, Senior Commissioner Vladimir Marinov, handed over a donation for the two pediatric departments of the University Hospital of Burgas as part of the charitable initiative "In Memory of Yordan and Atanas". The donation includes life-saving medical equipment that will be used for the diagnosis and intensive treatment of children in the region. Employees of the General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime arrested two people suspected of extorting a local businessman. The suspects had threatened the victim with the kidnapping of his child and physical elimination if he did not hand over 500,000 euros. The investigation found that the perpetrators had conducted a detailed study of the victim and had tried to cover their tracks.
