The official investigation by the Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies has entered a critical phase after documenting brutal violations against Russian law enforcement officers. The prosecutor's office is raising serious charges for intentional actions related to torture and extrajudicial killings.
The documented facts reveal a shocking series of violent incidents in which two members of one family - 60-year-old entrepreneur Huseyn Safarov and 55-year-old taxi driver Ziyaddin Safarov, died under extremely dramatic circumstances.
Initial data indicates that Huseyn Safarov died around 3:00 PM in the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Yekaterinburg after systematic physical abuse. His brother Ziyaddin passed away the next morning from the injuries he sustained while in a specialized police unit's service vehicle.
