The General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan is taking official actions to investigate the death of two brothers who died under suspicious circumstances during police detention in a Russian city.

The official investigation by the Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies has entered a critical phase after documenting brutal violations against Russian law enforcement officers. The prosecutor's office is raising serious charges for intentional actions related to torture and extrajudicial killings.

The documented facts reveal a shocking series of violent incidents in which two members of one family - 60-year-old entrepreneur Huseyn Safarov and 55-year-old taxi driver Ziyaddin Safarov, died under extremely dramatic circumstances.

Initial data indicates that Huseyn Safarov died around 3:00 PM in the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Yekaterinburg after systematic physical abuse. His brother Ziyaddin passed away the next morning from the injuries he sustained while in a specialized police unit's service vehicle.

The case has provoked a sharp public reaction, casting doubt on the professional ethics and respect for human rights by Russian law enforcement structures, especially concerning ethnic minorities.
